Shipping and Handling
We ship domestically and internationally. We use USPS for standard shipping and UPS for overnight. The shipping charts will provide an estimate of the cost. The actual cost will be charged at the time your order is processed. If you prefer UPS overnight, please indicate your selection in the comments section.
We ship Monday through Friday - not including holidays - unless you choose otherwise. To avoid delayed deliveries and redelivery fees, please provide complete street addresses including suite numbers, company names (if applicable) and zip codes. UPS priority service will not ship to PO boxes. P.O. Boxes, Military APO, Hawaii, Alaska, and Territories are mailed USPS Priority Mail. In the event damage occurs during shipment please retain all packaging for claims process.
An e-mail confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your order. The confirmation will include the total price of your order including estimated shipping within the continental United States. Additional fees will apply for shipments outside the United States. Once the product has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation with package tracking information if applicable.
Quilts that are shipped to us to be quilted or finished should be insured in case of damage during the shipping process. Please ship your quilt in a sealed bag or container. Quilts that we have finished and are returning to you will be shipped in a sealed bag or container. If you did not ship your quilt in a bag or container, one will be provided at an additional charge. We insure all quilts that we ship.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Our mission is your satisfaction. We accept returns or exchanges on patterns, notions, kits, fabric or books as long as it is in the original condition (must NOT be opened, cut, washed, no cigarette or other odors or stains) regardless of the reason for return within 30 days from the purchase date. We will refund the amount of the item less shipping costs. Fabric returns are exchanged or a store credit will be given at your request, less shipping costs.
You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping by contacting us at 714-889-8523. All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
In the event a package is lost, damaged, or returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product (less any shipping fees), at your request. Items that are returned to us, either for lack of correct shipping address, or recipient refusal can be re-shipped at extra shipping fees. Packages that are forwarded via UPS due to incorrect shipping addresses will incur a $10.00 address correction fee per address.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Debit cards in US funds for all purchases. We also accept personal checks. However, your order will not be shipped until the check clears our bank, usually within 10 days of receipt.
Quality
All of our fabrics come from the finest manufacturers and are 100% cotton. The width is standard 42” – 44” unless stated otherwise. We do our best to insure the quality of the fabric prior to shipping. There may be times when an imperfection is noticed. If it is slight, we will call you to discuss your needs and offer a discount should you decide to purchase the fabric as is. If the imperfection is great, we will not ship the fabric and return the bolt to the manufacturer. You will be notified in both cases.
